The first stage creates the center of activity for the whole project: an area where children learn, parents work and the community enjoys safe, green and modern spaces. All functions are integrated into a 27,000 square meter development with underground parking, a generous inner courtyard and mixed-use buildings that bring together education, work, leisure and living.

1. Will there be an acceptable level of ambient noise, even during phases 2 and 3 of construction? What about proximity to the railroad?

We understand how important quiet is to the comfort of the residents, which is why Amylon includes specific noise reduction measures. During construction, we will implement an optimized work schedule to minimize noise discomfort.
2. What service options do you envision for the Amylon neighborhood?

Amylon Neighborhood will offer a wide range of complementary services in all directions:
Health and medical services: kinesiology clinic, medical clinic, dental clinic, general practitioner’s office, nutrition consultant, medical optics clinic, etc.

We want everyone in the neighborhood to feel at home, including your pets, which is why we will maintain a friendly and well-organized environment so that we can live together in balance and mutual respect.
7. What percentage of this neighborhood is nature vs. built?

We want Amylon to be a green, airy and balanced neighborhood. Around 40% of the area will be dedicated to green spaces, including parks, pedestrian walkways and urban gardens. We will plant mature trees so that residents benefit from shade and fresh air from the earliest stages of development. In addition, the project includes indoor gardens and seating areas between the buildings, where residents can enjoy nature every day.
8. Will there be entertainment areas?

For additional protection, Amylon will have private security services, regular patrols and security guards present throughout the neighborhood. We are also working closely with local authorities to ensure that this neighborhood remains one of the safest in Sibiu.
Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful and balanced environment, Amylon will not include casinos or other establishments that could attract unwanted activities, emphasizing a harmonious lifestyle dedicated to family and community.
10. What do I do in a medical emergency?

The Amylon neighborhood was designed with safety and quick access to emergency services in mind. Residents will have access to 24-hour pharmacies as well as a modern private clinic with diverse specialties to meet the community’s medical needs.
For situations requiring emergency response, Amylon benefits from an optimized infrastructure with quick access for ambulances, police and fire brigades. The neighborhood’s streets are designed so that emergency vehicles can reach any location in the shortest possible time. In addition, Sibiu’s main hospitals are less than 10 minutes away, ensuring minimal response time in case of need.
